Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- Unused and unopened
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items

- Digital downloads or electronic goods

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@heritagepages.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
